23 Feb Ferretti Group exclusively adopts the “Watchit” anti-collision system

Announced at the 2022 Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show was a new exclusive deal that the Ferretti Group has signed with the Israeli based company, Aqua Marina Tech. Exhibited at the show last week with a virtual reality platform, the new “Watchit” system is a “uniquely innovative and patented technology designed to warn captains of all dangers at sea”.
The system combines artificial intelligence with the latest generation in sensors to work with the yachts chart and navigation system to not only warn the captain of upcoming risks, but also will calculate the required stop time to stop the engines if the necessary actions are not taken by the captain.
